The WV Center, owned by the West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health Safety and Training, is a 140,000-square-foot campus. 

This space includes flexible classrooms with two electrical training labs, a theatre, a simulator room, a simulator underground mine lab, and a large banquet hall with two catering kitchens. 

The facility also showcases a training tower and two bay garages, which include a fully equipped welding lab. The shining star of the West Virginia Training and Conference Center is the simulated underground mine lab where miners practice hands-on training scenarios.
