There will be an increase to the Certification and Publication fees starting October 2, 2023, please see below for the new pricing:

Certifications

• All Other Miner Certifications: $20.00
• Duplicate Certification: $20.00
• Electrician Examination: $25.00
• EMT-M Certification: $10.00
• EMT-M Instructor Certification: $10.00
• Mine Foreman Examination: $40.00
• Mine Foreman Reciprocity Examination: $40.00
• Mine Foreman Upgrade: $20.00
• Mine Rescue Instructor Certification: $45.00
• Safety Sensitive Certification: $10.00
• Qualified Diesel Instructor Examination: $35.00
• Qualified Diesel Instructor In-Person Class per person – Includes the examination: $150.00
